We are each individually different down to the microscopic level, there is no boxed workout or diet that will give us the results we want, the key is to make a lifestyle change! As a trainer, it is my job to assess a clients goals, expectations, and limitations, so that I can design an individualized and specific exercise regimen for that client. It is also my duty to keep my client motivated and entertained in their journey to wellness! I implement many goal driven strategies developed by my favorite life coach, Anthony Robins. With these simple strategies, my clients are inspired to better themselves and their way of living. I work hand in hand with my clients Doctors and Chiropractors to ensure my clients ultimate success. My clients have access to complimentary nutritional counseling from a handful chiropractors that I work with in the Wilmington area. I am a fond believer that our Mind, Body, and Spirit are the most important assets that we have as humans. By being physically, emotionally, and spiritually balanced, an individual can take life by the horns and seize the day! The first step to this road of holistic balance or overall wellness is to implement a positive outlook, a regular exercise regimen, and a proper nutritional plan based on your specific metabolic type!
As a wellness enthusiast, I take daily positive steps to ensure my overall wellness. I do this by exercising properly, eating organic and local whole foods regularly, and finding quite time to balance myself spiritually and emotionally. I am an avid believer in the power of positive energy, by making positive decisions and choices; a person can completely change their emotional and physical state of being! I have my Associates of Science degree from CFCC, and I am a Nationally Certified Fitness Trainer and Holistic Health Consultant from the International Sports Medicine Association, I am CPR/AED Certified from the American Heart Association. As a holistic trainer, I take daily steps to expand my knowledge of the human body and all of its functions, from human psychology to nutrition and physiology, my goals are to understand the human as a whole, both physically and emotionally. I am currently working towards a Holistic Lifestyle Coach Certification by the C.H.E.K. institute, founded by renowned holistic practitioner Paul Chek. I feel that by constantly expanding my knowledge in these topics, I can offer my clients much more than just physical exercise; I can offer them a treasure map that can lead them to a life of overall wellness!
